Paramannam
Paramanammam is often made as prasad for God. It is a sweet dish made of rice, sugar and nuts. Boil water first with rice and then add milk to it when rice is almost cooked. Once rice is completely cooked, add sugar or jaggery powder. Once mixed and cooked well, to the consistency, then add nuts if you like. You can add ghee also, a little bit. Cool and serve.
