Szechuan prawns

Szechuan prawns or shrimp is a very simple dish to make, if you have homemade or readymade sauce. 

Clean and apply some salt and turmeric to prawns and keep a side. 
Meanwhile, in a pan , add little oil and  add diced onion or shallots and some spring onions cut and saute lightly and keep aside. 
In the same pan, add a tablespoon or more of sauce, as per your taste and then after couple of minutes, add prawn and cook until ready. 

Do not overcook as prawns then will become rubbery or hard.
