Ponganalu

 Ponganalu or guntaponganalu 


Ponganalu are made of leftover dosa batter. It is a very simple recipe. You add oil to pan and then add jeera, mustard seeds, chana dal and mung dal and then let them splutter. Then add onion and saute. Once cooked, add that mix to dosa batter. Pour into ponganalu pathra and cook on flame with closed lid. After sometime, turnover and cook them on the other side. Tasty ponganalu are ready.
