Mango Pulp Cake
We get lots of mangoes in season and our home had many many mango trees. We had so many left. So my aunt makes the mango cake with mango pulp. Take 2 cups of mango pulp for one cup of flour and one cup of sugar. Add all these with little bit of baking soda and baking powder. Add little vinegar also and mix and bake.
