Egg Puffs

 Egg puffs are widely available in Indian bakeries and are cherished by many. The process can be cumbersome or simple, if you use readymade pastry dough. 

Here is the simple version. 

Boil eggs and peel shells and cut into halves.

Take pastry dough sheets, cut them to desired size. Smear some butter and put the boil egg and add spice powders such as red chilli powder and little salt. If you want, you can add sauteed onion and green chilli and turmeric mix also. Close with egg wash and bake.
