Chutneys - 7 dishes

Indian food menu is not complete without chutneys. Some chutney (pachhadi) is a must for a full Indian meal.

Coconut chutney and Peanut chutney are favorites of all my grandparents.

Here is a simple recipe of peanut chutney.

Take a cup of peanuts, and roast them slowly and all the raw smell is gone and they are completely roasted but not burnt black.

In a grinder, pour the peanuts, pour water until the level to top the peanuts and couple spoons more. Then grind them after 10 minutes gap, along with green chillies and salt to taste.

Top it with Tadka and you have delicious peanut chutney to serve with Idli, Dosa, Peasarattu, Pongal and many more.

Now, here are many other chutney recipes, and thanks again to our awesome blogger Ms Blessy.
