1 cup of dosa batter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1-2 finely chopped green chilies (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
Mix the dosa batter with enough water to make a thick batter.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan or a griddle over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan.
Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thick pancake.
