Rasam

Here is some homemade Rasam.

Rasam is very good for digestion. 

 1. Take some water in a pot. 

2. After you took some water in the pot, add tamarind paste, jaggery and tadka and you want to let it boil for 10 minutes. 

3.Add salt

4. Add coriander leaves to the rasam and let it cook for 10 minutes. 

Enjoy it with some hot rice.
