Tomato Rasam

 


Tomato Rasam: 

1. Take some water in a pot. 
2.Add tomato pieces, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, rasam powder and turmeric and boil for a minute.
3. Add tadka, coriander leaves, little bit jaggery and tamarind juice to the rasam. 
4. After you have added all the above let it boil for 10 minutes. 
5. Enjoy it with some hot rice and some nice papadams and vadiyalu
