Poori and Aloo

 Puri is a deep fried bread.

Wheat flour is mixed with water little by little and salt is added by taste. 

It is made into balls, and the flattened into a tortilla shape. 

One it is flattened, then it is deep fried. 

Aloo curry is a curry made out of potatoes and sometimes onions and sometimes spice. 

Peel potato and cut it into small cubes. 

Dice the onion and tomatoes. 

You can add peas if you would like to. 

In a dish pan take some oil. 

Put seasoning with a lot of curry leaves. 

Add onion and add a little bit of salt. 

Saute them for a couple minutes and then add diced potatoes. 

Saute for a minute, and add a teaspoon of turmeric and chili powder or green chilis. 

After the potatoes cook it for a couple minutes and then add tomatoes and a little bit of water. 

Also, add tomatoes. 

Close the dish and let it cook for 5-8 minutes.
Add peas and then cook for 3-4 minutes. 

Turn off the flame after a desired consistency is reached.
