Gobi Manchuria

 Gobi Manchuria is Ms V's Grandmas favorite, and here is how you make Gobi Manchuria.

Put cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5 mins.

In the meantime, take all purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, and Manchurian masala and mix it gradually with water.

Take the cauliflower florets out and put them in the mixture and adjust the spices if needed. Next, take vegetable oil and heat it up in a pan. Then deep fry the cauliflower florets that have been in the mixture.


To make the sauce, take another pan to fry chopped onions, bell peppers, ginger-garlic paste. Gradually add vinegar, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Take a bowl and pour 2-3 spoons of corn flower. Mix with water and make a paste with soup consistency. Add that to the pan of vegetables and mix well. Finally, add the cauliflower florets to the sauce and enjoy!
