Chamagadda fry

  Chamagadda fry is a simple one and tasty fry. Peel and cut the vegetable into small pieces and soak for some time in tamarind water. After few minutes, take them out and add to pan with little oil, salt and turmeric and cook with lid closed. Once almost cooked, open the lid, add chilli powder, curry leaves, little bit more oil and salt to taste. Cook for 2 more minutes and the fry is ready.
