Bhindi Fry - Grandma's version

 Bhindi fry is a favorite of my grandpa's brother. It is also a favorite of my uncle and aunt and rest of us get to eat hardly any if they are at home when Bhindi fry is made, so my grandma makes sure to make lots of it 😄

Here is a simple recipe from grandma. 

Wash, dry and dice Bhindi (okra) . Take a bit of oil in pan and saute them. Do no add salt. Fry them until almost done, and then add a pinch of turmeric and a bit of red chilli powder. Mix well and saute for a min and then add salt to taste. That's it !! 

You can add tadka, curry leaves etc but my grandma doesn't add any of that and it tastes still very good and makes mouthwatering dish. 

Some may deep fry but slow roasting also tastes good.
