Bajji and Pakoras - many recipes

 Bajji is a favorite appetizer and simple to make. 

Aratikaya Bajji 

- Take aratikaya, peel off, and cut into rounds. Soak in little salt water and dry pat them. Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each and fry. 


Vankaya Bajji 

- Take Vankaya and cut into rounds. Soak in little salt water and dry pat them. Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each and fry. Vankaya bajji will take very less time to cook. 

Potato Bajji 

- Take potato, peel off, and cut into rounds. Soak in little salt water and dry pat them. Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each and fry. Potato bajji will take very less time to cook. 


Palak Bajji 

-  Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each spinach leaf and fry. Spinach bajji will take very less time to cook. 

Vamu aaku bajji


-  Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each spinach leaf and fry. Vamu aaku bajji is very healthy and will take very less time to cook. 

Onion Pakora

Dice onion and add salt and take off water. -  Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip some onions and fry. onion pakora is a favorite of many , especially when it is raining. 

Vegetable Pakora 

Dice vegetable and add salt and take off water. -  Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip some veggies together and fry. 

Paneer Pakora 

Cut Paneer into small pieces  -  Make a batter of besan and a bit of salt and chilli powder. Dip each paneer and fry. As paneer is very mild, you can add some extra spice powder and sautee again in some sauce, if you want. 

Bread Pakora 

Bread pakora is same as paneer. But make sure to take little dense bread.

Egg Pakora 

Boil egg and cut into half or quarter pieces. Recipe is same as Paneer pakora. Make sure to watch as egg sometimes splatter.
