Aam Ras or Mango Panakam

 Aam Ras or Mango Panakam is very similar to Mango lassi. 

Peel off juicy mangoes, and take pulp of mango and add sugar to taste. In India , you get a lot of varieties of mangoes and in my grandparents' home, different mangoes are used for making panakam. 

Mango ras or panakam is cherished along with chapathi, sarva pindi or just by itself.
