Ugadi Pachdi

 Here is Ugadi pachhadi , it is a traditional made for South Indian - Telugu New Year Day. This is a favorite of my grand father, though it is made only once a year. 

The dish is made with tamarind juice, fresh jaggery , sugarcane pieces, coconut pieces and the key ingredient is Neem flower. Yes, Neem flower would be very bitter, but that is one of the reasons, it is added to this dish.
