Peanut Laddu

 Peanut laddu is a favorite dish of my grandfather and my mom's too. Here is a simple recipe of peanut laddu with jaggery. 


Take peanuts, roast them nicely and slowly. The slow roasting is the key. After raw smell is gone, stop and let them cool a bit. Take jaggery and little water and melt on stove. Once it is melted and starts boiling, add peanuts, mix and stop when the mixture comes together. Let the mix cool a bit, take a bit of ghree and make nice small balls.
