Aloo is the Hindi word for Potatoes. The dish is named so, in our family, as whenever my grandma makes, it always comes in perfect golden yellow color.
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Salt
Red chili powder
1.Peel the potatoes, put the oil in the pan, and then put the cut potatoes in the oil.
2. Once the aloo starts to turn golden brown, add salt.
3. Once you add the salt, add the red chili powder to the aloo and mix it.
