Sweet potato candy is very traditional dish . Interestingly made in many cuisines.
You take sweet potato, peel, and cut into pieces. Make a syrup of sugar or jaggery and cook the cut pieces in syrup and done. If sweet potato is too thick, you can slightly boil pieces first and then add to the syrup.
