Puran Poli, Bobbatlu

 Puran Poli was one of the many traditional desserts, and this is how it is done. 

Puran Poli-The cooked channa dal lentils are sweetened with jaggery and spiced cardamoms, fennel, nutmeg, and ginger. The chickpeas are full of protein, fiber, folate, and vitamins. The poli(flatbread) is made from a mix of whole wheat flour(atta) and all purpose flour.


Once the chana mix is ready, you would put it on top of flat bread and close and roll again. Then on a pan, smear and do dry on both sides until ready.
