Peach ice cream:
This is the recipe I got from Project Roots. Split the amount of peaches in two batches. For one half, peel and cut them, add some sugar and lemon, wait for maybe a couple of hours, and then puree them. Add this into the custard base before refrigerating. After enough time of refrigeration, churn. When almost ready to be serve, do one more churning. For the other half, cut and cook with sugar and lemon and then add them at the end of the churning to get those peach pieces in.
